case basis.  We only do online filing to keep the cost down.:

(1) NOTE: Wherever USPTO government filing fee is quoted, it is always a fee per classification of goods or services.

Office Action response type 1:  Disclaimer issues only, fee is quoted per class.

Office Action response type 2:   Description or specimen sample issues or amendment of classifications, fees quoted per class.

Office Action response type 3:  Likelihood of confusion and descriptiveness rejections by the USPTO, fees quoted per class.

Publication:  USPTO will notify when the examiner is satisfied with the
form and find no reason to reject, then the application
will be published for opposition for thirty days.

Registration:  USPTO will notify if there is no opposition filed within
thirty (30) days of publication and if already use in
commerce by the applicant, (filed under section 1(a)), the
mark will be registered.

Intent to use procedure-Statement of Use:  If filed on an “intent to use” basis, you have up to three years to file a Statement of Use, provided that you file a
request for extension every six months. Additional feesare: attorney services ($250) and USPTO fees ( $150 perclass).
